Booking Policies:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits go toward your final service total.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
• New clients should arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any required lash mapping (customized lash style).
• House call appointments must provide a safe, clean, and quiet workspace with access to an outlet.
• Parking fees, tolls, or extended travel fees may apply for certain house call locations.
• Same-day appointments are subject to availability, and must be booked in 3 hours in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies:

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the appointment total and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if rescheduled within the allowed notice period.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to rescheduled depending on availability.

Appointment Policies:

• Please come alone unless otherwise approved.
• No extra guests, children, or pets are allowed during appointments.
• Phones should remain on silent to maintain a relaxing environment.
• If you are feeling sick, experiencing eye irritation, or have a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.
• Lash fills must have at least 40% of extensions remaining; otherwise, the appointment may be considered a full set.
• Refunds are not offered on completed services.
• Touch-ups must be requested within 48 hours of the original appointment.
